I want to create a new logo for my company, what do I do now?
Thank you for choosing us to make your new logo! At the site menu, go to “contact”. There you can ask us for a non-binding offer. We will send you your offer within 3-5 working days. If you agree, we will start preparing your logo!
I not only want a logo, but also graphic design related products. Is that possible?
Of course! We provide logos, posters, flyers, business cards. Even entire new corporate identities! Go to the “prices” section to find out more.
Can you also update my old logo?
If you want to keep your own logo but want it to give it a more modern look, no problem. We got you. Just make sure you state this in the form, so we can also consider that when giving you the price.
Why are all prices stated as EUR/USD/GBP?
As stated, Lorenz Logos is a Dutch company. In true Dutch fashion, we consider ourselves to be world citizens. As a result, we take customers from all over the world. Please keep in mind that when paying the actual price, you will pay the equivalent of the euro price in your own currency.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our main payment method is through Paypal. We also take iDeal payments or direct bank transfers from European customers.
How long will the entire process take?
We promise you that after you have agreed to the offer and paid, we will send you the detailed sketches within 5-10 working days. After that it is up to you for how many revisions you’ll need. A revision can take anywhere from 1 hour to 3 days. In general, customers have their fully personalized logo within 2-3 weeks.
